As a self-confessed control freak, I’ll admit that I was a bit apprehensive upon starting this project as it was the first time I’d ever delegated anything in the running on my little business. Sarah is sweet natured, unflappable and as my husband wisely pointed out after overhearing us on a call - has a incredibly calm and reassuring voice, thus it didn’t take long for any resistance I had to dissipate and the whole experience ended up being a joy from start to finish.
I was particularly happy with the time spent on ensuring that I’d be able to manage things after the project ended. Square Space is indeed user friendly - but only once you know how, so I found the one-on-one time that we spent getting the core operational stuff down extremely valuable. Sarah is also very intuitive with regards to design and I found that I was able to communicate what I needed really easily.
